Thanks to the Committee & members for showing confidence in me by allowing me to be the JVC for 2012.
Well done to all those who made themselves available for the 2012 Committee, especially to Greg Graham for taking over the prizes (a thankless job that nobody wants) from Melville Muir who done a great job.
Thanks to Roy Language, Chris Coe & John van Eyk for once again volunteering to do the starting, and to Simon van den Bosch who will assist when needed. Please assist the starters by reporting to the tee box 10 minutes before your tee time; this will help them get everybody off on time.
Thanks to Durban Country Club for hosting the Gold Cup. The course was in good condition, thanks to the green keeper & his staff.
